Axiometrics

Axiometrics, based on Nobel Prize nominated research, is the unique science of measuring how people think and make decisions.

Wayne Carpenter, the creator of Axiometrics, has spent roughly 25 years validating and creating very powerful and practical business development assessment tools. We are fortunate to have Wayne as a Topline Performance Board of Directors member.

Two Breakthrough Discoveries …

During the 1950's, two breakthrough discoveries were made:

  First, people think and make their decisions through three core decision making dimensions; Intrinsic, Extrinsic and Systemic.
     
  Second, is the ability to actually measure how people think and make decisions. This breakthrough is measuring the intangible of thought.

The result of these breakthroughs is the science of Axiometrics, and what we call the measurement of "Value Talent."

According to the research, everyone has a value talent or ability by which they organize their thoughts and emotions to make decisions.

What the Topline Performance Profile Is Not …

Most assessment tools measure personality and Behavior. While this may have some value, measuring the decision making process gives us greater accuracy, consistancy and predictability.

Features of The Topline Performance Profile …

The Topline Performance Profile is an instrument that measures a person's capacity to make value judgments.

The results are derived from logical, mathematical norms, and are not based on the values of any specific population or group.

Consequently, it is not a "test" to be passed or failed and the results have no bias with respect to sex, age, race, creed, or any other socio-cultural classification. Honesty in completing the instrument is the best criterion for obtaining accurate results.

There are two parts to the instrument. Part one is a list of 18 items which pertain to the world, outside of you. Part two consists of 18 phrases related to your inner self. Those taking the instrument will simply rank these 18 statements or words from Best to Worst.

The instrument is not a subjective self-test and is virtually impossible to fool.
